POLICIES 

- Please be on time to your appointment

- 15 minute grace period, after 15 minutes you will be charged a $15 late fee

- after 20 minutes your appointment is CANCELED 

- NO extra guest or kids (unless being serviced)

- No services for kids under age of 15

- Please read the "Read More" section before booking

(service descriptions are detailed)

- DEPOSITS required for all appointments

- DEPOSITS are deducted from the full service price, please have the remaining balance full in CASH ONLY 

(I DO NOT accept payments via CashApp, Zelle, Venmo etc.)

- DEPOSITS are non refundable

- DEPOSITS are transferable for ONE appointment change if can be changed within 48hr of appointment and in the same month

- If for any reason you want to change services, your deposit will be forfeited, your current appointment will be canceled and you will need to book a new appointment 

- NO same day appointment booking unless communicated

- $100 booking fee for same day appointments

- $50 booking fee for after hours & early bird appointments

- NO CALL NO SHOW will result in no further services

- I DO NOT hold bundles extensions for appointments unless your purchase is paid in FULL

- I DO NOT service over other stylists work

- If you choose to come washed to your appointment, please come PRODUCT FREE 

- If prior to your appointment, you've had braids please have your hair completely combed out, and if your hair has product build up please co wash before your appointment. If you fail to do so, there will be a $20 fee for time purposes

- I REFUSE to take any responsibility for any personal items left behind at your appointment!
